Why psychology works in classrooms
Human psychology has played a significant role in designing the content of our workshops, but content is not the only thing that matters. We believe that the delivery of such content is just as important. Content ultimately has no value if people don't remember any of it. That's why we've used psychology-based strategies to design the delivery of our workshops in a way that students will engage with and remember long after. Psychology helps us design workshops that keep students focused and support both confident and reluctant speakers. By understanding attention, memory and motivation, we create learning experiences that work for real classrooms, not just ideal ones.
